The Remission Possible team are jetting off to Nepal this week to begin their climb of Mount Everest. The team of 10 are taking on this huge challenge to raise funds and awareness for cancer research – and what an amazing job they have been doing. Though a variety of events and publicity over the last 6 months the team have raised over $27,000!

Project founder, Amanda Ghirardello, is in remission from her stage 3 breast cancer and believes she has been given permission to get back in the game of life, and to give it everything she’s got. The 27-year-old is determined to provide hope to other cancer sufferers and their families through Remission Possible, and raise a million dollars for cancer research in the process.

The Foundation sends a huge thank you to Amanda, Bryan, Naliza, Luke, Chhunly, Simon, Stephanie, Sheepy, Jimi, Michael for taking on this challenge and we wish you the best of luck and safe travels. The Foundation also thanks all their generous supporters for getting behind Remission Possible.
